Heavy oils, lotions, perfumes, and moisture may loosen stones over time. Handle with clean, dry hands whenever possible.
Avoid drops or impacts. While our cases provide excellent protection, the embellishments are delicate artistic elements.
For best longevity, rotate your cases to match your mood and moment. Daily wear is not recommended for maximum preservation.
Clean gently with a soft cloth or a dry soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dust and debris.
If needed, lightly mist eyeglass cleaner onto the cloth or bristles—never directly on the case.
Allow the case to air dry completely before placing back on your phone.

Design Timeline: Custom orders require 5-7 business days for design creation and production. Rush orders available for additional $15 fee - must be requested before payment confirmation.
Design Approval: You will receive a detailed mockup within 2 business days of order placement. Production begins only after your written approval via email or text confirmation.
Changes & Revisions: Minor design adjustments included before approval. Major changes after approval may incur $10-25 additional fees depending on complexity.
Payment Requirements: Full payment required to secure custom slot. Payment processed immediately upon order submission.
Production Queue: Cases enter production immediately upon design approval. Cancellations not accepted once production begins.
Payment Methods: Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay accepted. Afterpay available for orders $35 and above.
Final Sale Policy: All custom orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds not accepted unless manufacturing defect present.
Manufacturing Defects: Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Replacement provided for confirmed defects.
Design Ownership: Custom designs remain property of Junk Cases™ unless exclusive licensing purchased separately.
Shipping Method: All orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Expedited shipping available for additional cost.
Delivery Timeline: 2-3 business days after production completion within continental US. International shipping available with extended timeline.
Packaging: All cases shipped in protective packaging with care instructions included.
Daily Care: Handle with clean, dry hands. Avoid excessive force on embellished areas. Store in protective pouch when not in use.

If you ordered the wrong phone model, we can exchange for the correct size within 14 days. A $15 restocking fee applies to cover remake costs.
